Great color can take time to achieve. The more opportunities we have together on your color, the better our outcome will be. Same goes for hair cutting.
If you are ever unhappy with your service, please give me the chance to make it right. I always want to know how your service went and what I can improve for you. I will adjust your color/cut free of charge 1 week from your original appointment. After 1 week, I will apply a service charge to make the adjustment.
Cancellations requests will be free of charge if your request is made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations after this time frame will be subject to a fee of $45-100 that is non refundable and cannot be redeemed.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount and the inability to obtain an appointment in the future.
If you or anyone in your house hold is ill, please cancel your appointment and reschedule.
I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe your illness will affect your experience in the salon.
Fevers, or early signs of illness will be turned away.
Masks must be worn in the salon until further notice.
Personal Cancellation Policy
On the rare occasion that I am unable to make it to our scheduled session together, your rescheduled service will include a 10% reduction on your final total.
I never want to miss an appointment with you under any circumstance. I realize rescheduling can be a big inconvenience for you.
I will reach out as soon as I feel as if I cannot make our appointment. Thank you for understanding!
